Effective immediately, KAB-Inc is dissolving permanently.

Due to recent events outside our control, we are unable to continue with the mission statement, and upon legal advice, we are dissolving the research group and will no longer be conducting any investigations.

We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment.

To summarize, KAB-Inc has been wilfully and deliberately misrepresented to certain authorities in order to cause damage to the individual members of the group for the purposes of revenge and self-serving attention. Although everyone who has been faithfully watching us from the beginning knows otherwise, KAB-Inc has been deliberately misrepresented as a "death cult" or an "occult group", which has triggered investigations into the personal and private lives of the individual members. As anyone who has ever watched Ghost Hunters on the Discovery Channel or visited the South Jersey Ghost Research website can tell you, ghost hunting is a hobby, not a "cult", nor is it intended to be a "cult".

If you watch KAB-Inc, it is reasonable to believe that you also may be investigated by various authorities who may visit your DA accounts. We apologize profusely for any inappropriate investigations, which are out of our control. Bear in mind that nobody involved in or associated with KAB-Inc is engaging in any illegal or "cult" activity, and therefore you have no legal reason to worry.

This deliberate, willful and malevolent misrepresentation of KAB-Inc has been perpetrated by an attention-seeking individual who, without permission, misappropriated private KAB-Inc property and intentionally distorted it to appear other than what it really is. The authorities who are investigating have been misinformed by this individual, who is most likely seeking revenge for being denied admission into KAB-Inc. KAB-Inc is made up of only three individuals, has always been made up of only three individuals, and never was intended to have any more than three members at any time. The person responsible for the misrepresentation mistakenly believed that KAB-Inc was actively recruiting, when it was not.

Although investigations will clear the members of KAB-Inc of any wrongdoing, the group has determined it best to immediately dissolve the group and discontinue investigations. KAB-Inc has previously been attacked, defamed, and otherwise mistreated by individuals and groups, including other ghost-hunting groups, for various reasons including attention-seeking, envy, and juvenile malevolence. KAB-Inc is no longer willing to put up with this, as we, simply put, have better things to do, like fulltime jobs and schooling.

Anyone who donated money to KAB-Inc can expect to receive their donations returned to them in full as soon as humanly possible.

We apologize profusely again for this, but under the circumstances, and taking into account past attacks on the group by individuals with literally nothing better to do, we feel that this is the only correct response. KAB-Inc has no further comment, as we are debating the possibility of taking legal action on our behalf to prosecute any deliberate misappropriation or stealing of KAB-Inc property and resources, as well as deliberate slander and/or libel that has occurred against KAB-Inc as a group and the individual members of KAB-Inc.
